Business Development Manager (E-waste vertical)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidate should have experience in sourcing electronics waste materials from large clients, corporate, companies, and various sectors.
• BDM will be responsible for developing and executing sales & and business development strategies for the clients.
• To generate leads, client servicing, project execution, develop a database of qualified referrals, Area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials, and closing of deals with the necessary documentation.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with existing clients and increase year-on-year billing value.
• Responsible for managing portfolios of large accounts and taking ownership of establishing and maintaining a relationship with the accounts key decision-makers.
• Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts by identifying opportunities for service increase, by cross-selling and up-selling of services.
• To conduct baseline study and research in respective verticals and regions in formal sectors.
• To network and build relationships with key stakeholders in the recycling sector.
