Business Applications Transformation Programme Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Applications Transformation Programme Manager to lead a major transformation program at Arm EIT in Bangalore. The role focuses on modernizing business application development and operations, with an emphasis on DevOps, SRE, and increasing development velocity while ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Apps Dev Investment Programme to transform business applications (SAP, SFDC, Data & Analytics).

Drive a shift to DevOps and SRE methodologies to improve system reliability and development speed.

Work closely with various internal teams and an external partner involved in transformation planning.

Manage the delivery of the program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

12+ years of global program management experience with expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Strong knowledge of SAP, SFDC, Data & Analytics technologies.

Proven track record of successfully leading at least two large-scale transformation programs, with demonstrated KPIs and outcomes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
