Arm EIT is driving an transformation program for its business applications (development and operations) units. The transformation, called “Apps Dev Investment Programme” has multiple ambitions including a shift in the model to DevOps and SRE, am ambitious increase in its Development velocity, and a significant improvement in System reliability (operations).   

      We are looking for a Programme Manager in our Bangalore location (expected to work from office), who can lead and manage the program effectively working with all business application delivery units (e.g. SAP, Data & Analytics etc.), the Value Delivery Office and Operations organization. The role will also require working with an External partner working with us on Transformation Planning.

      The position requires at least 12 years of programme management experience in a global environment, with proven expertise on Agile and Scrum methodologies. The incumbent should be very familiar with technologies (SAP, SFDC, Data & Analytics etc.) and delivery methodologies (DevOps, SRE). He/ She should be an excellent communicator including having the ability to draft organization wide communications.

      The incumbant should be able to prove he/ she has led at least 2 relevant transformation programs, along with the KPIs and the resultant outcomes.
