Off role Sales Representative- Guwahati

1. Primary and secondary sales target achievement

• Ensure Primary target achievement through Distributors and managing secondary network.
• Achieve Secondary channel visit as per planned JCP and ensure participation by all retailes in the given area under the distributor

2. Lead Generation

• Build and maintain relationships with Retailers such as Electricians, Garages and other battery counters .

3. Channel Partner Management

• Identify and onboard new channel partners in regions without coverage (white spaces), ensuring they comply with Exide's installation norms and standards.
• Maintain a high level of engagement with existing channel partners to ensure continuous business growth and adherence to company policies.
