Accounts Executive

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
Prepare and raise invoices (debit/credit/notes)
Judicious verification and accounting of invoices, bills, PO's etc.
Maintains financial accounting systems for debtors, accounts receivable, credit control.
Follow up in payments from clients.
Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable
Generate requisite / necessary M.I.S reports.
Review time sheets and Bills etc.
Manage day to day Tally ERP-9, online returns updation.
Manage Bank & vendor reconciliation
Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities of the company

Requirements and skills
4-5 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications B. Com/ BBA
Must have hands on accounting knowledge.
Sound knowledge and practical exposure to Tally, Excel, Data Verification & Entry.
Knowledge of Balance Sheet reading
Basic knowledge of Income Tax , Sales Tax. VAT, TDS, Service Tax, GST etc.
Hands on experience of MS Office excel, MIS preparation.
Presentable and well groomed
