Exhibition Coordinator

Job Description:

• Searching for Event Organizers
• Booking of stall, negotiation, appointment, meeting with Organizers
• Advance preparation of Events & List of proposed participants in events
• Maintain Yearly schedule of Planned Exhibition all over India.
• Forward advance intimation to Branch office for making arrangements for food and accommodation for the exhibition participants.
• Getting posters ready in time.
• Checking for the availability of machines, samples, catalogues etc. & ensuring that all these things reach at the exhibition place in time.
• Getting tickets booked for the persons who will visit for exhibition & arranging for their stay.
• Inform to HR about person going for exhibition.
• Assist in fulfilling all documents related formality in time.
• Assist in Budgeting for exhibitions.
• Giving feedback /report on completion of exhibition to GM/MD.
• Responsible for timely submission of expenditure vouchers after completion of exhibition.
• Submission of damaged/retained items at respective branch on completion.
• Ensuring payment of exhibition charges to the concerned party.
• Take feedback from all participants of exhibition held.
• Daily reporting to HOD Exhibition

Desired Candidate:

• Energetic & Positive Attitude having Candidate required
• Candidate having Good Communication Skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Open to travel within state & across country for Exhibition/Industrial Expo.
• Candidate should have Two-Wheeler with License (Compulsory).
• Candidate must be having their own room/home in applying city.
