Role & responsibilities

1. Contact suppliers to ensure that all dropship purchase orders were received and that deliveries will ship on time.
2. Maintain constant contact with vendors and shipping companies while deliveries are in route
3. Notify project management team in a timely manner if a critical delivery is going to be late
4. Work with vendors to solve invoicing issues that could delay critical shipments
5. Look for ways to decrease shipping time
6. Review and track all orders
7. Work with the Plant Material manager to ensure all shipments are delivered
8. Solve any issues related to shipping delays
