JOB DESCRIPTION OF FACILITY DIRECTOR
Position: Facility Director
Reporting to Regional Director
Specific Responsibilities
The responsibilities are as follows:
- Responsible for the P&L and EBITDA of the hospital with a key focus on overall financial performance.
- Strengthening the Clinical team as well as adding new
- Clinicians to the overall Clinical talent pool to provide the best Medical care.
- Responsible for succession planning of the employees of the organization.
- Ensure that the personnel cost, material cost is maintained as per the budget.
- Implementing and strengthening SOPs and processes for establishing standardization in policies and protocols to ensure high degree of Clinical control and quality.
- Adhering to all statutory compliances and audits and maintaining relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiate and implement cost reduction initiatives in medical and non medical functions linked to the hospital EBITDA and
P&L.
- Built in synergies among various Medical and Non Medical support functions for reducing costs for bringing greater efficiency and delivery.
- Serve as a liason between management and other staff.
- Oversee the activities of the physicians including the recruiting and credentialing.
- To participate in the development of strategic plans, annual operating and Capex budget, service and operational excellence plans of the organization in a collaborative manner.
Monitor quality of medical care.
- To achieve and maintain NABH, NABL and other accreditations and certification and affiliations.
- To develop an ensure adherence to clinical quality parameters.
- To assist the COO in Doctors Engagement, performance review analysis, patient satisfaction analysis.
- To set and implement effective MIS & Reporting framework for Medical operations.
- To assist the COO in formulation and execution of growth strategy through new programs and projects.
- Planning and procurement of equipment & consumables.
- To assist the COO analyse and resolve patient complaints.
- To supervise academic and non academic training for other medical and paramedical staff and research program in the hospital.
Oversee clinical and medical audits.
- To participate in various hospital committees.
- Create a career & succession plan for key team members in collaboration with HR.
- Perform any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

- Experience Aspirational
- Formal Qualifications Degree/ Diploma in relevant Specialization
