Director - Regulatory Transaction Expert - Manufacturing/Retail/Financial Services Sector - LLB/LLM/CS (11-14 yrs)

- 11-14 years experienced lawyer and/ or company secretary in transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, closing assistance;

- Market eminence in transaction space including go-getter for business and has good business acumen

- Spearhead legal corporate processes like mergers, negotiations, transactions implementation support

Advisory on various arrangements including share purchase, shareholders, share subscription, business transfer, employment law advisory and computations and other ancillary and incidental arrangements

- Well versed with Indian regulations especially corporate law, SEBI, labour regulations, industrial law, intellectual property, stamp duty, anti-trust laws and its compliances for due diligence purposes

- Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions

- Handled transactions in Manufacturing, retail and financial services sector

- Worked on end-to-end M&A deals including post merger integration support of migration agreement migration, employees transfer, assets transfer, licenses transfer

Preferred Candidate Background: We would prefer candidates from top-tier consulting firms (Big 4, Big 5, or Big 6) or Tier 1-2 law firms.

Expertise Requirements : Well-versed with Indian regulations especially corporate law, SEBI, labour regulations, industrial law, intellectual property, stamp duty, anti-trust laws, and its compliances for due diligence purposes.
