Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Management - Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation from New & Existing Clients - Achieving the business target on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
- Last Mile Closure of New Sign-Ups - Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's client base and increase sales.
- Renewal of Existing Client's Contracts.
- Map the Progress of New & Existing Clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product knowledge and align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have hands-on experience in Business Development capable of onboarding clients and generating requirements from new & existing clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques, along with a strategic mindset.
- Sound understanding of Sales numbers, P&L, and analyzing the reports.
