Position Overview:
Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Department: Offline Sales
Location: Gurugram (HQ) Reports To: Business head
Type of Position: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and share market feedback.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- training or coaching sales teams is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
