Assistant Vice President - Finance Controller - Startup - CA (10-15 yrs)

Profile: Finance Controller - AVP (Controllership + FP&A))

Experience:10 to 15 years

Qualification: CA

Job Location: Noida

- Excellent knowledge of accounting, IND-AS, Income Tax Act, GST Companies Act.

- Financial Modeling (expenses + earnings in excel).

- Should have worked on any ERP Tool.

- Internal Controls and Governance.

- Stakeholder Management

- Accounts: Handle complex accounting, close books, enforce controls, and manage cash flows.

- Compliance and Audits: Ensure legal and tax compliance, and coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals.

- Strategic Planning: Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for strategic decisions.

- Operational Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop policies to protect assets and prevent fraud.

- Should be a hands-on person who has put systems and processes in place.

- Has owned a topline/bottom line KPI in the past.

- Has seen an MnA transaction very closely and has navigated in execution of the deal and subsequent integration.

- Qualified CA and has worked in a venture funded tech startup for at least 4-5 years.

- Will be preferred - if the person has seen a pre and post IPO journey at least once.

- Should have led and scaled high growth startups plus worked in stable companies.

- Has managed a topline/bottom line.

- Has managed a team of at least 4 qualified CAs.
