Executive - Production

Production Planning and Coordination:

• Follow production plans and schedules based on demand and inventory level.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery of products.

Resource Allocation and Optimization:

• Allocate resources (equipment, materials, and manpower) effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies in all production activities.
• Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols among production staff.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare production reports, update daily log book, performance metrics, and KPI dashboards for management review.
