HR Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

Employee Life Cycle management Manage employee lifecycle processes, including new

employee onboarding, role changes, transfers, and offboarding

• Data management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems,

ensuring data integrity and compliance

• Benefits administration - Support employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment and

coordinate with vendors to ensure timely processing of benefits-related tasks, such as

enrollments, renewals, and updates

• Compliance and policy related operational activities - Communicate and enforce HR policies,

providing guidance and answering questions for employees

• Third Party Payroll - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third party payroll teams to

ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, handling any HR-related payroll inquiries and

changes. Ensure payroll data aligns with employee records, including new hires, terminations,

and compensation changes.

• HR Reporting - Generate regular and ad hoc reports on HR metrics, including headcount,

hiring, attrition, attendance, and performance data

• Employee Relations Support - Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding

policies, procedures, and benefits; assist in resolving employee issues and provide

administrative support for performance and disciplinary actions
