Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance and will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of virtual assistance services provided to clients.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to team members to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with team leaders and managers to ensure continuous improvement.
• Handle client feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a virtual assistance or customer service environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
