Job Description
Position: Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Role Description:
- Engage in corporate law related compliances to be undertaken by companies (such as board meetings, annual filings etc)
- Engage in corporate law diligences for Targets of the Clients as part of their acqusition process
- Engage in implementation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax, and restructuring mandates for clients, such as
- Share issuance
- Capital reduction
- Rights issue
- Buy back
- Mergers
- Demergers
- Dividend distribution
- Share transfer
- Apply basic knowledge of other relevant laws, such as FEMA and SEBI, to support compliance and advisory functions.
- Manage relationships with clients and team members effectively, demonstrating strong people management skills.
- Communicate proficiently with all levels of the organization, showcasing excellent communication skills.
