Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage showroom operations, including sales performance, customer service, and inventory management.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive consumer durables industry.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or related field (consumer durables, consumer electronics).
  
• Strong understanding of counter sales, inside sales, mobile sales, loan sales, personal loans, and showroom sales principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
