Job Description
- Ensuring assembly of Stacker cranes assembly Peripheral equipment assembly as per the production plan.
- Helps production shop floor team achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results
- Enforces company policies and guidelines
- Assists workers by offering personal growth opportunities
- Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques
- Ensures that assembly of conveyors are completed as per the production plan
- Work positively with support functions to fully define the processes/procedures/controls relevant to team activities.
- Provide support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team
- Interface with Production Scheduling to determine schedules for shift production
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for workers
- Compiles and analyzes production records
- SAP entries for production activities
- To plan execute the assembly of Peripheral equipment as per the plan.
- KRA1 On time full kit supply
- KRA2 Meeting the production targets
- KRA3 Meeting the IMS Safety requirements
- 8 to 9 years of experience of manufacturing industry with exposure to SAP Production module
- 5 to 7 years experience in assembly shop
- Experience of leading small group activities to drive implementation ideas
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Exercise considerable initiative/judgement in work methods and in interpreting and delegating work requirements/goals
- Knowledge of 5S, TPM, QC tools
- Work independently, reviewed infrequently with minimal supervision
- Good verbal written communication skills
