Head - Human Resources - FMCG/eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (12-14 yrs)

Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - HR for an MNC, to be heading the Global Shared Services Hub, based at Hyd., India.

Post Grad in HR / PMIR from XLRI /TISS /SCMHRD /SIBM / MDI etc. with 12-14 years of exp across functions in HR particularly someone who has the exposure of HRBP in a Global environment.

The KRA's:

- Partner with global and local business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

- Manage a team of HR professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives.

- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, culture, capability, wellbeing, retention, and development.

- Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop succession plans.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs in partnership with reward that are competitive and aligned with business objectives.

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies that support business objectives.

- Develop and implement HR metrics and analytics that provide insights into HR performance and support data-driven decision-making.
