Job Description
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global and local business goals.
- Collaborate with U.S. HR leadership for cohesive global practices.
- Lead and mentor the Bangalore HR team for a high-performance culture.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Recruit top tech talent through effective strategies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Foster talent development and succession planning.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Maintain positive employee relations and address complex issues.
- Enhance employee engagement and retention through strategic initiatives.
- Promote a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Performance Management
- Implement performance management systems aligned with global standards.
- Oversee performance appraisals and provide improvement guidance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs for the local market.
- Conduct benchmarking and ensure alignment with industry standards and global practices.
Compliance and Legal
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with legal teams for labor relations and regulatory management.
HR Operations and Reporting

Learning & Development
- Integrate learning and development with overall HR strategy and organizational needs.
- Oversee training program creation and delivery (onboarding, professional development, customer training, leadership training).
Organizational Development
- Lead organizational change initiatives and develop strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within HR.
The Successful Applicant
Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices within a global context.
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership and operational management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills for effective global collaboration.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the tech industry.
