Executive Assistant For Director - Male Candidates Only

Role & responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, proactively handling tasks.
• Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and relevant business documents.
• Maintain and organize important business data and confidential files.
• Screen and respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Facilitate communication between the Director and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with team members and business partners for smooth collaboration.
• Participate in meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Conduct research and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, proactively handling tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Age around 35 years.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated loyalty and commitment in previous roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
• Adaptable and capable of handling dynamic work environments.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
