Personal Assistant to Director _ Thane Location

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join as a Personal Assistant to Director. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, handling various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas and follow-ups.
• Handle correspondence emails, and phone calls appropriately.
• Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
• Assist in personal tasks, such as errands & personal schedules.
• Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external contacts.
• Visiting vendor or client locations if required.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Required Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience supporting high-level executives.
• Knowledge of additional languages may be advantageous.

Other Details:

• Work Location: Wagle Estate, Thane
• Work Timing: 9-6 pm / 10-7 pm IST time
• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• All Sunday off
