Account Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage and oversee our accounting functions. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Daily reconciliation and voucher and bill entries in Tally.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, GST and TDS filing and Income Tax.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Tally and Excel.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role within the accounting field.
• Total work: 5 years (Preferred)
• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
