Soluton/Delivery Head - Java Technologies (15-18 yrs)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a proven track record in architecting and implementing scalable, high-performance web solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can align technical initiatives with business goals, drive innovation, and mentor a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

- Lead/Manage project team(s) on all aspects of Full Stack application development in including architecture, design, coding, testing and deployment

- Should be able understand mutiple technical competency areas like EAI, Cloud, DevOps, Mobile, Web, etc

- Work closely with delivery, technical architects, fulfilment and deployable pool management teams to build digital competencies.

- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.

- Provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers.

- Lead productivity improvement plans in delivery through the involvement of the team.

- Create re-usable frameworks and components so that the delivery is facilitated.

- Strong ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of solutions.

- Define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program.

- Should be a good team player and perform multi-tasking as the job demands.

- Prior working on BFSI would be a plus across various global banks.

- Actively lead all pilots and implementations in determining the tools, process and methods.

Knowledge & Skills: (MUST HAVE):

Technical:

- Should have hands-on experience in full-stack application development using Spring Boot as backend and Angular JS as front end.

- Experience or hands-on knowledge of one or more frameworks like Node JS, React JS,

- Android, iOS, React Native, Flutter is preferred

- Experience in event-driven architectures including containerization, messaging, caching, workflow, NoSQL

- Experience in core banking domain projects for international financial institutions with consideration to performance, security and scalability is preferred

- Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.

- Experience of IT services delivery, agile development, CI/CD, automated testing & deployment.

- Experience in building POCs, prototypes and frameworks using dedicated and/or bench pool associates in a short timeframe.

Experience:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.

- At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing solutions using Java, micro-services, front-end frameworks, containers, application servers, cloud, DevOps, Ci/CD, etc

- 3+ years of experience in coding, leading, managing full-stack application development

- Strong reasoning, analytical and inter-personal skills.
