Job Summary
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing HRMS system to ensure it meets the company's operational needs and strategic goals. You will be involved in overseeing the implementation, maintenance and support of HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and providing technical support to end users. You will be managing onboarding, attendance, performance evaluations, and exit procedures on HRMS. You will oversee the entry, update and maintenance of employee data. You will be generating regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and management, providing insights and analytics to support decision making processes.
