Job Summary

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing HRMS system to ensure it meets the company's operational needs and strategic goals. You will be involved in overseeing the implementation, maintenance and support of HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and providing technical support to end users. You will be managing onboarding, attendance, performance evaluations, and exit procedures on HRMS. You will oversee the entry, update and maintenance of employee data. You will be generating regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and management, providing insights and analytics to support decision making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize HRMS tools to facilitate and enhance HR operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in tasks.
• Oversee configuration, maintenance and support of HRMS, ensuring it runs smoothly & efficiently.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements and patches on a regular basis.
• Set up new modules, workflows & reports based on business requirements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Implement HRMS features to simplify and automate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Use HRMS for attendance tracking and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
• Utilize HRMS for managing entry and exit procedures of employees, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Utilize HRMS functionalities to manage Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes, including sending PIP-related communications and tracking progress.
• Work on the HR dashboard analytics.
• Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide technical support to HRMS users, addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users to enhance their understanding & utilization of the system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement system enhancements and new features.
• Manage HRMS related projects including system upgrades, implementation, data migrations and integrations.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance & prepare for internal audits.
• Monitor data quality and implement data governance policies to maintain high standards of data integrity.
• Manage relationship with HRMS vendors for effective communication and collaboration.

Required Competencies

• You should be proficient in managing & maintaining HRMs platforms - system configuration, user management, data maintenance & accuracy, troubleshooting.
• You should be proficient in project management, process improvement & change management.
• You should be able to identify opportunities for system optimization and innovation to enhance HR processes and user experience.
• You should have an eye for detail - pay close attention to details, checks work for accuracy.
• You should be able to analyze complex issues, identify the root causes and develop effective solutions.
• You should be able to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships and foster a collaborative environment.

Work Experience & Qualifications

• Post graduate/Graduate with minimum 4+ years of experience working on HRMS, preferably within the same industry.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and non verbal Communication Skills
