ARole & responsibilities

• Telecom domain knowledge, Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Must have basic knowledge of Business analyst roles and responsibilities.
• Stake Holder management.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have good English proficiency in both verbal and writing.
• Must have AI concept knowledge.
• Must have a good understanding of Galaxy products.
• Must have telecom domain understanding.
• Data analysis and creation.
• Presentation preparation skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in developing AI use cases.
• Requirement change management.
