Performance Architect/ Tech Lead

Key Skills and Expertise:

• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Expertise in Java programming language.
• In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.
• Designing, implementing, and scaling microservices architectures.
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with database design and optimization.
• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Experience in message-oriented middleware (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Proficient in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Optimization of code and database queries for improved performance.
• Define and enforce coding standards and development processes.
• Implementing DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Proficient Knowledge Areas

• 5+ years of experience in Java Application Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in Data and Database Architecture
• 5+ Years of experience in Technical Infrastructure Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in Performance Engineering and Architecture
• Experience in Java/Spring framework/Spring boot/Microservices Architecture/AWS/Azure cloud services.
• Expertise in Jmeter, JProfiler, Monitoring Tools (Kibana, Grafana), ELK, Heap analyzer, thread dump analyzer.

Scope of Work

• Ensure the design aligns with scalability, security, performance, and maintainability requirements.
• Evaluate and select third-party tools, libraries, or services that align with the overall system architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
