Job Description
- As a Business Associate at InvestWell, you will drive InvestWell s future growth engine by buildingrelationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy InvestWell users
- You have experienceworking with large mid-market companies, as well as enterprise organizations
- You have an in-depthunderstanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex, multi-party sale in a highly consultativemanner
- You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products thatrequire deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge
- You get excited aboutprospecting, and are capable of independently leading a sales cycle from start to finish

What youll do:
- Identify high-potential prospective users and develop outbound strategies
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for mid-market and enterprise companies
- Be responsible for developing the strategy for your vertical
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
We are looking for people with:
- Previous experience in Financial Services Industry
- Passed the NISM V Exam for Mutual Fund Distributors and hold an active ARN number
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably at a Fintech company, with a track record of top performance
- Ability to understand the InvestWell product suite and build great relationships with financial experts
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in financial markets
