Learning And Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis across functions in consultation with employees, business heads and brand promoters
• Develop in-person and online training modules, content and delivery processes for:
• Products
• Processes
• Brand App usage
• Soft skills & behavioral skills
• Sales
• Customer Service
• Interpersonal relations
• On-job performance improvement
• Employee engagement
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions across functions
• Monitor and document employee performance during training
• Provide feedback on post-training performance
• Monitor performance and activities on the brand app and recommend interventions
• OJT

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any field
• Pleasing personality
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (ability to use regional languages will be an added advantage)
• Minimum 4 years industry experience in training and development, preferably in companies operating in a B2B retail distribution model
• HR generalists with experience in L&D also welcome to apply
• Experience in sales and customer service training preferred
• Experience in top Indian companies (any industry) preferred
• Experience in delivering in-person and online training
• Experience in developing content for training modules (for both instructor-led offline, instructor-led online and self-learning)
• Self-motivated, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly on the job
• Tech-savviness
• Ability to use games and activities extensively for increasing training effectiveness and employee engagement
• Ability to analyze, interpret and process data
• Willingness to travel
