Providing pre and post-sales support for Solid Edge; working within a team providing telephone and remote technical support to engineering companies. Along with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, the ability to follow through is essential. Delivering classroom-based product training.
Supporting customers and internal staff with technical queries face to face, by telephone, and via email.
Key Skills
Ideally, a minimum of 2 years in the industry designing mechanical products.
Those with previous CAD technical support experience would be at an advantage.
