Manager - Operations

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in system, procedure, policy, and framework development.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
