S/4 HANA Consultant - E2E Implementation (8-9 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for SAP S/4 HANA MM projects, including blueprint, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live support, and post-implementation support.

- Lead workshops and gather requirements from clients to understand their business processes and translate them into functional specifications.

- Design and configure SAP S/4 HANA MM modules (e.g , Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management) to meet client requirements.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.

- Prepare and deliver training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.

- Provide post-go-live support to clients, including troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g , ABAP, Basis, Project Management) to ensure successful project delivery.

- Act as a solution architect for complex SAP S/4 HANA MM implementations, providing guidance on best practices, system integration, and data migration.

- Develop and present solution proposals and presentations to clients.

- Advise clients on best practices for SAP S/4 HANA adoption and optimization.

- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

- Effectively communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders.

Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain business processes, including :

- Sales and Distribution

- Materials Management

- MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

- Direct and Indirect Procurement

- Inventory Management

- Warehouse Management

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP S/4 HANA and Supply Chain Management.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

- Proactively identify client needs and anticipate potential challenges.

- Provide excellent customer service and exceed client expectations.

- Work effectively in a global and diverse team environment, collaborating with onshore and offshore colleagues.

- Mentor and guide junior team members.

- Share knowledge and best practices within the team.

Required Qualifications :

- 8-9 years of experience as a solution architect in SAP MM, IM, WM, and Logistics for at least 5-6 full life-cycle SAP implementations in an MNC, encompassing all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over, and post go-live support).

- 8-9 years of SAP functional configuration experience in at least two SAP modules (MM / IM / WM) on the SAP S/4 HANA platform.

- Proven success in delivering global and complex greenfield SAP S/4 implementations in a RISE with SAP S/4 HANA environment.

- Deep functional knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain business processes across the areas of Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, MRP, Direct & Indirect Procurement, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Flexibility to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud

- Knowledge of industry-specific best practices (e.g , manufacturing, retail, consumer products)

- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g, SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Management Accounting)

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
