Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director to lead the social media strategy and execution for a high-profile brand.
- As the Account Director, you will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of innovative, impactful, and data-driven social media campaigns that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
- This role demands a mix of creative, strategic, and operational expertise, coupled with strong leadership and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities.
Client Strategy & Relationship Management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering a strong partnership and ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations.
- Develop and present strategic social media plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Translate the brand's vision into innovative and measurable social media campaigns.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value and solve challenges for the client.
- Campaign Planning & Execution.
- Lead the development and execution of multi-platform social media strategies.
- Ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, from concept to delivery, across channels like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the brand voice.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing social media team, including content creators, strategists, and analysts.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams, including creative, analytics, and media planning, to achieve campaign objectives.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to the team to drive exceptional outcomes.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and optimize results.
- Present detailed reports to the client, showcasing insights, ROI, and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Account Growth & Upselling.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts, expanding the scope of services and driving client success.
- Brand Stewardship.
- Ensure all social media efforts are consistent with the brand's tone, messaging, and values.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's market, target audience, and competitors.
Qualifications.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or advertising, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns for big brands is highly preferred.
- Education: BDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- An advanced degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media tools (e. , Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights, etc.
- Creativity & Vision: Strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and fostering growth.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Client Management: Strong ability to build trust and navigate complex client relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
