Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the

company as a market leader in the manufacturing industry.

• Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to drive

growth opportunities.

• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and ROI-driven

campaigns.

Brand and Communications:

• Oversee the development and execution of internal and external

communications strategies to build brand awareness and reputation.

• Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels, including digital, print,

and events.

• Act as a brand custodian, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and

company values.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including product

launches, trade shows, and industry events.

• Utilize digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, and social media) to

engage target audiences effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign

execution.

Content Development:

• Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations,

white papers, and case studies.

• Manage website content, newsletters, and social media platforms to engage

customers and stakeholders.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for

continuous improvement.

• Prepare periodic marketing performance reports for senior management.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and communications

team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: MBA in Marketing or equivalent is mandatory.

• Experience: 89 years of progressive experience in marketing and

communications, preferably in the manufacturing or B2B sector.

• Skills:

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing

strategies.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (CRM, analytics, automation

tools).

• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI-driven marketing initiatives.
