International Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive for International Business Development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new territories and markets for the company.
• Drive new product development in alignment with market and client requirements.
• Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring sustained growth and satisfaction.
• Coordinate dossier filing and submission with the Ministry of Health (MOH) for respective territories.
• Oversee and manage the DRA (Drug Regulatory Affairs) and registration processes.
• Monitor and follow up on production schedules and supply chain management to meet deadlines.
• Address client queries related to products and dossiers promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams for the generation and execution of sales orders.
• Strategize and implement marketing plans in close coordination with clients.
• Facilitate plant audits by coordinating with MOH representatives and manufacturing teams as per regulatory guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing department to address product improvement and resolve client complaints.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Any Graduate.
• Strong English Communication and Spanish Language expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical tools.
• Strong decision-making, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• The role involves traveling when required and extensive interaction with clients and regulatory bodies, requiring excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in handling dossiers, regulatory processes, and international market development is essential.
