Business Development Manager (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager will be to convince the marketing companies to get their products manufactured at Evolet Pharmaceuticals on a p2p/third-party manufacturing basis.

Role & Responsibilities:

• To meet outsourcing personnel in different pharmaceutical marketing companies (ethical/generic) in the territory
• To promote the manufacturing facility & capabilities of Evolet Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.
• To convince the marketing companies to get their products manufactured at Evolet pharmaceuticals on p2p/ third party manufacturing basis.
• The selected candidates should be responsible for procuring orders from marketing companies and for the follow-up for timely payments as per the mutually agreed terms & conditions.
• The selected candidate has to visit different pharmaceuticals marketing companies (ethical/generic) on a periodical basis for the procurement of fresh orders and follow-up for the payments of previous supplies.
• To develop good rapport with their outsourcing personnel for procuring business on a regular basis.
• The selected candidate has to gather information about the marketing companies he/ she is visiting related to their market standing & financial status and inform his reporting manager in the Head Office with his recommendation.
• Upon approval from the head office, we will proceed to enter into a manufacturing agreement between Evolet and the respective companies, adhering to the approved terms and conditions from the head office.
• For the costing of the required products by each company, individuals are required to obtain this information directly from the head office.

Candidate Requirements:

• Should be a graduate in any discipline
• Should have 5-10 years of experience with the same job profile.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must have good networking and relationship-building qualities.
