SAP Business One Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Business One (SAP B1) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP Business One solutions to meet business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation & Configuration:
• Analyze business processes and design SAP B1 solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Configure modules like finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, and production.
• Manage data migration and system integration activities.

2. Customization & Development:

• Customize SAP B1 modules using tools like SAP Business One Studio and SDK.
• Develop custom add-ons, reports, and dashboards using Crystal Reports, SQL queries, and other BI tools.

3. Support & Maintenance:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot SAP B1-related issues.
• Perform regular system health checks, updates, and upgrades.
• Ensure system security and compliance with company standards.

4. Training & Documentation:

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Document configurations, customizations, and workflows for future reference.

5. Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless process integration.

QUALIFICATION

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP Business One Certification is highly desirable

2. Experience:

• 2+ years of experience working with SAP Business One implementation, customization, and support.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or retail domains is a plus.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP B1 modules and tools (Business One Studio, SDK, DTW).
• Strong SQL query writing skills and experience with databases like MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.

4. Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
