Front Office Executive / Receptionist (Female Candidates)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and answer queries by the visitors in person, through telephone, or via e-mail by following the coda of security practices (like screening and taking messages)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and use various sourcing channels, job postings, phone calls, emailing, and social networking to bring in qualified candidates.
• Take full briefs for each vacancy, taking time to understand the needs of the hiring manager.
• Focus on direct recruitment, researching and generating a candidate pipeline from an internal and external source
• Handle and direct visitors within the premises as needed
• Ensure security of the premises by maintaining the log book and providing visitors access cards
• Maintain and organize the entire front office area
• Organize documentation of all company and employee records
• Perform clerical duties like photocopying, filing, etc
• Manage all inbound and outbound mail
• Be updated on all employee information
• Transact online and maintain accounts
