Solar Procurement

• Identify, evaluate, select suppliers and procure electrical components such as IDT, Transformers, HT Panel, PSS, Inverters, SCADA, cables, etc., required for solar projects.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply and negotiate favourable terms.
  
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and cost agreements.

Project Coordination:

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
  
• Ensure the timely delivery of electrical components to meet project milestones.
  
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory and delivery schedules.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.
