Car Branding Coordination

• Collaboration with drivers to facilitate the efficient execution of Car Branding processes.
• Internal coordination with team members to ensure smooth handling and distribution of vehicle keys.
• Allocate cars to the agency and maintaining a well-organized system.
• Capture high-quality execution photos with License Plates (LP) to document and showcase our branded fleet.
• Strive for an 90% or more collection of end-campaign photos highlighting the LP for campaign documentation.

Driver Wanted Sticker Implementation

• Maintain a record of the availability of Driver Wanted Stickers, notifying the Central Team for replenishment.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) for the implementation of Driver Wanted Stickers, maintaining accurate records.

Marketing Material Coordination

• Act as the liaison between the hub and the central team, effectively communicating any marketing material requirements.
• Ensure seamless coordination of all marketing materials to reflect a unified and impactful brand image.

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel for effective data management.
• Strong collaborative skills, able to work seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management for optimal resource allocation and tracking
