Sr.Executive HR/ADMIN

Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive HR & Admin located in Navi Mumbai. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for HR management, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization. Also responsible for general administration, Insurances, stationeries and statutory compliances. Good in English & Hindi.
Preferred candidate profile

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Hands on experience in PF,ESIC, Payroll ....etc
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, Promotion/Transfer/relieving letters ....etc
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Knowledge of basic labor laws and regulations
• General admin skills. update insurances, Stationeries...etc.

CTC 4,20,000 ~ 6,00,000 PA.
