Events Manager (MICE)

Now, looking at the year ahead, we are seeking an Events Manager (MICE) with 5-10 years of experience in the MICE space. The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, along with the responsibility to drive sales, oversee TTV and GOP targets, and manage vendor relationships. Its a fantastic opportunity to grow within a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in MICE events.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Responsible for achieving the team’s TTV (Total Transaction Value) and GOP (Gross Operating Profit) targets.
• Develop and manage a pan India team including BDM, operations, and contracting.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth operations.
• Increase attachment rates and successfully close larger events.
• Drive sales across multiple regions (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and South).
• Oversee and manage the team’s Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Lead promotional activities for events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an event manager.
• Strong project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of KPIs and event marketing techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service-oriented with leadership capabilities.
