Job Description
We are hiring Sales Officers for our new project. The Sales Officers will be responsible for generating leads and onboarding customers for solar systems. Key responsibilities include:
● Achieving assigned sales targets within the designated area.
● Conducting door-to-door visits to meet potential customers and promote on-grid solar systems.
● Visiting a specified number of houses regularly as part of the outreach plan.
● Building strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
● Supporting physical marketing campaigns and participating in promotional events.
● Reporting daily activities and progress to the Area Sales Manager (ASM).

Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in field sales or direct customer interaction.
● Proven ability to meet sales targets through consistent effort and customer engagement.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
● Experience in renewable energy or solar product sales is an added advantage. ● 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler license and vehicle is mandatory.
Pay: ₹ 15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + TADA
