We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Create and optimize digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to drive targeted traffic and achieve campaign objectives.
Conduct keyword research, monitor search engine rankings, and optimize website content to improve organic search visibility and increase website traffic.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance analysis.
Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, and website copy, to attract and engage target audiences.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, track campaign ROI, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
Demonstrated experience managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and analyze campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences effectively.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) are desirable.
