Job Description

1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources and budgets specific to IoT projects.
2. Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects and foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
3. Oversee the development process utilizing software platform development skillsets like Node.JS, React, SQL and Flutter to ensure high-quality deliverables.
4. Collaborate with developers to address technical challenges and ensure adherence to best practices and Agile principles.
5. Implement and manage processes using Jira for effective tracking and reporting.
6. Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and management expectations.
7. Conduct regular reviews with team members, suppliers and assessments of project outcomes.
8. Drive change compliance and continues improvement in the product.

Candidate Profile -

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) are preferred.
3. 7-12 years of experience in project management within a software development environment.
4. Proficiency in Node.js, React, and Flutter, Familiarity with Java is a plus. Strong knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration.
5. Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
6. Experience in Jira for project tracking and reporting& familiarity with other project management tools is desirable.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
9. Experience of working on IoT platform is desirable.
10. Experience of working in consumer electronics domain.
