Job Description
- Working as the face of the organization in front of candidates and contributing to growth of the organization through superior handling of hiring function
- Creating process, documentation and checklist for recruitment process
- Identifying various channels of recruitment suitable for the organization
- Working on Job Portals and trying to get as many as possible candidates from portals so as to minimize cost
- Outsourcing critical positions to vendors and providing them all relevant details regarding the open position with prior approval from HOD
- Working on formats of JD, Recruitment Tracker, Candidate Information Sheet and other documents required for recruitment.
- Tracking resumes from all channels of recruitment and tracking duplicate candidates and giving feedback to consultant in timely manner
- Coordinating with interviewers and understanding their requirements and conditions properly
- Arranging initial telephonic rounds of candidates wherever necessary
- Arranging for technical / HR Rounds of candidates depending on the stage of recruitment
- Salary negotiations and keeping a record of all current and expected salaries
- Coordinating with all departments to implement recruitment process
- Coordinating with new joined employees for joining documentation & issuing appointment letters.
- Bank account opening & ID card issuance
- Maintaining employees documents & files in soft & hard copy both formats.
- Updating Master Files for all companies daily basis
- End to End recruitment, onboarding & joining
