Euler Motors is looking to hire a General manager in the Supply Chain Function. We need our Supply

Chain person to balance Strategic, Operational, Financial & People Responsibilities. With a

minimum of 15 years of extensive experience, particularly in commercial vehicle or car OEM sectors, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, including new product development, cost reduction, strategic sourcing, and budgeting.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to

optimize supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes.

• Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivating strong relationships with key

suppliers, fostering collaboration, and driving supplier performance improvement

initiatives.

• Procurement Process Management: Overseeing end-to-end procurement processes,

from requisition to payment, to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods

and services

Contract Management: Managing supplier contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure

compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize cost savings opportunities.

• Budget Planning: Developing and managing the procurement budget, forecasting

expenditures, and controlling costs to align with organizational financial objectives.

• Cost Analysis and Negotiation: Analyzing cost structures, conducting cost-benefit

analyses, and negotiating favourable terms with suppliers to optimize pricing and cost

savings.

• Savings Targets: Setting savings targets, tracking cost reduction initiatives, and

identifying opportunities to drive procurement efficiencies that positively impact the

organization's financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, , or a related

field (Masters preferred).

• 15+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Vendor development, costing, material

planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment,

preferably in the automotive or EV industry.

• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and driving

operational improvements.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, production scheduling

techniques, and inventory control methods.
