Ticketing & Reservation Management: Handle customer inquiries and process ticket bookings for flights, trains, buses, or other travel services. Manage reservations, making changes, cancellations, and issuing tickets as needed.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries related to schedules, routes, availability, and fares. Assist customers with any issues or concerns before, during, and after their travel experience.
Sales Support: Promote special deals, packages, and travel offers to customers. Cross-sell and up-sell travel services, including additional luggage, seat upgrades, insurance, etc.
Payment Processing: Accurately process payments for tickets and reservations, handling cash, credit card, or online transactions. Issue receipts and process refunds when necessary.
System Maintenance: Use the companys reservation software to input and track bookings, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
need 2 yrs minimum experience staff with knowledge of Amadeus GDS.
