Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive

• Qualifying leads and identifying customer needs, matching them with the companys product offerings.
• Managing inquiries from multiple platforms, including social media (e.g., Indiamart, TradeIndia), websites, and others.
• Prospecting new business across assigned territories/areas through various methods such as cold calling, email networking, and other outreach strategies.
• Following up with prospects to build and nurture relationships, converting them into long-term, loyal customers.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
• Handling customer orders professionally, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
• Ensuring CRM is up-to-date with accurate customer and sales data, fostering long-term engagement.
• Identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends, new sales opportunities, and competitive advantages.
• Preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiating with customers on pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales effectively and in line with business objectives.
• Analyzing sales data and activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Regularly assessing sales data and performance metrics to spot trends and adjust strategies for enhanced performance.

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Salary: 30k to 35K (No bar for right candidate.)

Education: Any Graduate /Diploma or B.Tech mechanical engineering

Skill: Basic knowledge excel and word, Basic knowledge of email

Languages Known: - Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati

Note: - *Warehouse Infrastructure Industry like PEB Structure, Racking System, Material handling equipment, Material storage equipment etc.
