Regional Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Sales and Development:

• Identify and approach potential franchise partners for Shop-in-Shop opportunities.
• Present the brands value proposition and operational framework to prospects.
• Finalize franchise agreements.

2. Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct market analysis to identify suitable locations and demographics for Shop-in-Shop models.
• Analyse competitor activities and provide insights to improve franchise offerings.
• Develop strategies to expand the Shop-in-Shop footprint across targeted regions.

3. Onboarding and Support:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new franchisees.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth integration of the Shop-in-Shop model.
• Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees during the initial phase.

4. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Address franchisee concerns promptly and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.

5. Sales and Revenue Targets:

• Meet and exceed franchise sales and revenue targets set by the company.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
